2017. godne počeo sam ozbiljno da treniram — ne iz hobija, već iz potrebe. Bio sam mršav, nestrpljiv, i bez ikakvog plana. Proveo sam prve godišnje u teretani radeći grešku za greškom, prateći lošu ishranu i kopiranjem tuđih programa koji nisu bili prilagođeni meni.
In 2017, I started training seriously — not as a hobby, but out of necessity. I was skinny, impatient, and had no plan. I spent my first years in the gym making mistake after mistake, following bad nutrition and copying other people's programs that weren't adapted for me.
Onda sam krenuo da učim pravo. Ishrana, anatomija, periodizacija treninga, psihologija discipline. Prirodno sam izgradio mišićnu masu, transformisao telo i — što je najvažnije — naučio kako da to funkcioniše dugoročno.
Then I started learning properly. Nutrition, anatomy, training periodization, the psychology of discipline. I naturally built muscle mass, transformed my body and — most importantly — learned how it works long-term.
